Role Description
This is a full-time role for ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyors - up to Associate Director level, located in Wexford or Dublin.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading teams providing cost management, cost planning, cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost reporting on projects in all sectors of industry.
The role involves close collaboration with developers, design teams, and public bodies to manage cost risk and ensure project completion within budget.
You will be working with some of Ireland's blue chip businesses on projects of varying scale and complexity.

Qualifications
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
Experience in Cost Planning and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Chartered
