We are now seeking an experienced Fit Out Quantity Surveyor who will play a key role in delivering financially successful, design-led projects across Ireland and the UK.
This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Dublin or Belfast, with project travel as required.
The Role As a Fit Out Quantity Surveyor with Pure Fitout, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple high-end fitout projects.
You will work closely with project managers, designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost planning, effective financial reporting, and maximised project value.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage project cost plans, BOQs, and tender documents Conduct cost analysis and maintain accurate project financial reporting Manage subcontractor procurement, quotations, and contract negotiation Assess, value, and process subcontractor payments and variations Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance Work closely with site teams to ensure commercial alignment with project progress Prepare and support final account agreements Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations Build strong client relationships and represent the Pure Fitout brand professionally Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 3+ years experience as a QS in fitout or construction (fitout experience highly preferred) Strong understanding of fitout cost structures, materials, and subcontractor markets Excellent commercial and contractual awareness Proficient in preparing valuations, variations, and financial reports Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland (and occasionally the UK) What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a leading high-end fitout company Competitive salary and attractive benefits package Flexible base location: Dublin or Belfast Work on high-profile, design-led, premium projects Career progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding business Supportive team culture focused on quality, innovation, and long-term growth Join Our Team If youre a driven Fit Out Quantity Surveyor looking to work on prestigious projects with a company experiencing exceptional growth, we want to hear from you.
