Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned
SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect
to lead and deliver strategic HCM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on implementation experience across the full SAP SuccessFactors suite
, with deep subject matter expertise in
Talent Management modules
including
Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management
.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business goals and HR transformation strategies.
* Lead design workshops, blueprinting, and solutioning activities across the full SuccessFactors suite.
* Provide SME-level guidance on Talent Management modules and employee central, ensuring best practices and optimal configuration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
* Oversee implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the team.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in
multiple full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
.
* Expertise in
Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals
, and other Talent modules.
* Strong understanding of integration points with SAP HCM and third-party systems.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules required
