Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with brokers by providing outstanding service that promotes the company as the preferred provider of pension products.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Deliver excellent customer service, handling complex enquiries from brokers and policyholders with professionalism and tact.
* Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
* Maintain and improve policies and procedures for service and administration tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to the development of our pension offering, providing valuable insights and opinions.
* Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with treating customers fairly principles and the consumer protection code.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
