Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience working as a human resources (HR) business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in human resources and talent policies and practices.
Experience garnering consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and oral format.

Responsibilities
Identify organizational and talent gaps and people needed to execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a product area. Support leaders in the selection and development of leadership talent.
Improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems.
Build relationships with leaders and provide human resources (HR) guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.
Serve as an advisor within the client organization, advising leaders across countries and job families in the development of people plans.
Prepare, support, and influence individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change to shape and deliver people plans.
