About the RoleReporting directly to the Head of Brand, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing key activities and managing agency partners related to Brand, Advertising & Communications development. The primary objective is to support the delivery of overall business strategies and objectives. This role involves ownership of new marketing campaigns and promotions and the go-to-market campaign process for the National Lottery.What You Will DoImplement the marketing strategy for the business and support the product portfolio.Translate the marketing strategy into actionable annual and quarterly plans, overseeing campaigns from planning through to execution, ensuring that customer insight is central to all campaigns.Collaborate closely with the research team to develop valuable customer insights and brand KPI tracking to enhance the brand's value.Develop and manage the company's advertising and communications strategy through integrated marketing campaigns, including large-scale, through-the-line advertising projects.Ensure consistent implementation of company and brand identity across all media and communications channels to boost the appeal and reputation of the National Lottery brand and associated products/games.Design retail activations to increase the visibility and appeal of the National Lottery brand, while supporting the Retail Team in point-of-sale program implementation.Manage and motivate all contracted third-party agency partners (Media, Creative, In-house agency, Design) to ensure high performance, efficiency, and engagement.Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for all new marketing campaigns including cross functional campaign planning and management to ensure successful launch and activation of marketing messages across all channels.Budget responsibility for advertising communications projects, ensuring adequate controls and systems are in place to effectively manage and deliver budgets while providing value for money across all Brand activities.Ensure compliance with the License and Code of Practice by adhering to, and evidencing, robust processes, practices, and controls.What We Are Looking ForEssential:A 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing or a related communications discipline.A minimum of 8 years' experience in a marketing management role, including experience in leading a team, advertising campaign development, TV ad production, and account planning & budgeting.A background in FMCG, Retail, Digital, or Advertising companies.Proficiency in marketing effectiveness tools and theories.Experience in working in a regulated industry.Candidates should be proficient with modern office technologies.Key Competencies:Technical Marketing ExpertiseCommunication and InfluencingLeadershipTeamwork and CollaborationProblem Solving and Decision MakingAdaptability
