Job Title: EHS Professional
The role of an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional is crucial in maintaining a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving HSE systems and programs at our manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing several safety/health programs, including contractor safety, high-risk permitting, confined space, and lone working.
* Providing specialist advice and technical support to ensure compliance with safety/health legislation, corporate standards, policies, and industry guidance.
* Developing and delivering high-quality safety/health training and communications to promote a positive safety culture.
* Implementing safety/health requirements in a manufacturing environment and supporting site audits and self-assessments.
* Collaborating with the HSE team to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
* Minimum 2-4 years relevant professional experience in a manufacturing facility (pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry).
