We're seeking a visionary Strategic HR Director to spearhead our Human Resources function and drive business growth across multiple locations.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you report directly to our joint Managing Directors, delivering and developing our HR Strategy across all business locations. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement our HR standard and drive a uniform approach to talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
You will lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring the HR strategy is implemented effectively within regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our people strategy and as a member of the Senior Leadership team, playing a pivotal role in realizing our vision and providing HR guidance and direction on how to achieve goals and milestones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver and develop the HR Strategy in line with company goals and objectives across all business locations.
2. Work closely with key business stakeholders to further implement the HR standard across the business.
3. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the HR strategy is implemented effectively.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate needs to be a resourceful, results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing multi-sites and unions. A minimum of 10 years' experience in leading and managing a HR function in a Senior HR Leadership role is required.
