We're looking for a
Digital Account Manager
to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships, driving campaign performance, and ensuring every project we deliver is something we're proud of.
The Role
You'll act as the main point of contact for a group of clients, ensuring their projects and campaigns run smoothly from the first meeting to final delivery. You'll work across web, social, and content, supported by a talented in-house team that thrives on collaboration and creativity.
This role suits someone who's organised, confident with clients, and enjoys seeing ideas come to life across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong, long-term relationships.
* Coordinate internal teams (design, web, video, and digital) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using
ClickUp
and other agency tools.
* Review creative work, contribute to content plans, and ensure alignment with strategy.
* Work with our SEO, paid media, and social specialists to track results and optimise performance.
* Support proposal development and client presentations alongside senior management.
* Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years' experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
* Strong understanding of digital channels — web, social, paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering client results.
