Inside Sales Executive
My client is in the oil and energy business, from port to pump, supplying farms, homes, businesses, resellers, and motorists via their service stations and local depots across Ireland.
They are recruiting an office-based Sales Executive to join their Depot on the outskirts of Kilkenny City.
No Hybrid option – this job is office-based Monday to Friday.
Package: Salary up to €35k but must reflect level of experience, 5% Bonus, 7.5% Pension Contribution, Health Insurance, 22 days holidays
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a telesales, customer service or administration, and fluent oral and written English is essential.
Responsibilities for the job of Sales Representative
1. Selling of fuel products to new and existing domestic and commercial customers
2. Respond promptly to sales enquiries over email and phone
3. Ensuring you hit your revenue, volume, and margin targets
4. Understand your customers business and decision-making process when purchasing
5. Keep abreast of your competitors and what is happening in the market
6. Develop new customer and further sales opportunities within your existing accounts
7. Provide quotations and process customer orders
8. Update the customer CRM and ensure all data is accurate
9. Complete weekly outbound campaigns to achieve set targets
10. Working closely with our operations team to ensure timely delivery to all customers
11. Analyse your sales metrics and report on your sales activity whilst looking for further opportunities
12. Manage your customer account balances and liaise, if necessary, with the credit team
