Berkeley Solicitors is a firm specializing in immigration law. We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
The role will include the following tasks;
· Greeting clients to the office
· Responsibility for incoming client calls and emails
· Scheduling consultations and organizing calendars for the solicitors
· Liaising between clients and solicitors
· Dealing with the new client queries
· Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and DX
· Fee processing
· File administration duties including opening files, closing files, scanning documents, filing, archiving, etc.
Required Skills:
· Experience of one year or more working in a Legal Office
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent typing skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· An ability to manage a busy workload
· Experience with a legal case management system will be preferred
· Good IT skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00 per year
