Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to implement menu changes and improve kitchen operations
* Demonstrate expertise in Level 2 HACCP training and maintain good knowledge of procedures and regulations
* Lead by example, promoting a positive work ethic and fostering teamwork within the brigade
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a chef in a busy hotel environment, along with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
