We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trades Foreperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of large-scale residential projects in Dublin 15.
Duties:
* Audit and plan work activities to ensure timely completion, resource allocation, and correct sequencing
* Manage site staff and subcontractors, fostering effective communication with design teams, site managers, and other stakeholders
* Maintain company compliance by completing online daily site diaries and relevant weekly documentation as per policy requirements
