The collection is made up of the Killarney Plaza Hotel, Killarney Towers Hotel, Killarney Avenue Hotel and River Island Hotel. The team at the River Island Hotel is currently recruiting a Duty Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Hotel Manager. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily running of the 52 bedroom 3 star Hotel.
What you will do:
* The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Hotel.
* You will assist and support every department when required and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
* Manage all functions and events and ensure they are set up as per requested by the customer.
* Make sure quality and standards are met consistently throughout the hotel.
* Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations.
* Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
* Attention to detail is required to ensure our guests have an excellent experience.
About you:
* Have experience as a department manager/supervisor within a hotel environment.
* Experience supporting and being hands-on across all departments.
* Excellent customer service experience.
* Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
* Fluent in English is essential.
