Our client is a leading professional services firm with a highly regarded and fast-growing Sustainability division. This team works across global corporates advising clients on ESG reporting, sustainability assurance and regulatory compliance under CSRD.

Who should apply?
This role is ideal for qualified accountants with strong assurance experience and a passion for sustainability:
* Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
* 7+ years' experience in external assurance/audit, ideally at Senior Manager level
* Proven experience in sustainability or non-financial assurance engagements
* Strong understanding of CSRD, ESRS and related frameworks
* Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to a highly regarded Director within the Sustainability team, this is a leadership role within a strategic growth area:
* Engagement Leadership – Deliver and oversee sustainability assurance projects aligned with CSRD
* Client Management – Build and manage relationships with senior finance and ESG stakeholders
* Technical Expertise – Provide guidance on CSRD and non-financial reporting standards
* Practice Development – Contribute to methodology, service delivery and team strategy
* Team Leadership – Manage, coach and develop junior team members
* Regulatory Alignment – Ensure work is aligned with ESRS and CSRD expectations
* Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with other service lines and leadership teams
