Education & Competencies:

* A National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and 2+ years of related work experience.

* Ability to monitor progress, costs, and resource utilization within a department or unit.

* Capacity to develop and implement new work processes and improve resource utilization.

* Promote department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable staff.
