Are you a passionate leader with a flair for great food, high-quality service and strong client relationships? We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee catering operations across various boarding and day school sites in County Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team within the Independent & Private Schools division, ensuring our food services impress students, staff, and clients every day.
In This Role, You Will
* Lead multiple school catering contracts, delivering exceptional service standards across all sites
* Manage financial performance — budgets, payroll, cost control & reporting
* Champion outstanding food quality using our Fresh Food from Scratch approach
* Recruit, train, support and develop a motivated catering team
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety & compliance
* Build strong, trusted relationships with school clients and stakeholders
* Drive food innovation, student engagement, themed events and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years’ supervisory or management experience in catering or hospitality
* Excellent people leadership and communication skills
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Creative problem-solver with a customer‑focused mindset
* Ability to inspire and support a team in a fast‑paced environment
* HND or equivalent qualification desirable; relevant vocational training an advantage
