Governance Management Role
This position is responsible for supporting the Head of Governance and the Company Secretary in preparing for internal audits of its governance structures as well as preparing for regulatory reviews.
* Review existing mappings of regulatory obligations under EBA guidelines
* Assess controls mapped to these obligations, identifying potential compliance gaps
* Redesign or rewrite controls where required, documenting and raising self-identified issues in cases of control gaps
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in financial services corporate governance, compliance risk management or internal audit. They should possess strong understanding banking requirements qualifications including degree business legal relevant discipline corporate governance experience regulated financial services organisation policies procedures MS Office skills organisational high attention detail interpersonal relationship-building excellent communication presentation skills.
