Dublin Servicenow Orchestration Lead## **YOUR ROLE**We are seeking an experienced Service Now Orchestration Lead to design, establish, and operate the Service Now Center of Excellence and Innovation (COEI).
This strategic leadership role will define governance, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with global best practices to accelerate value delivery across the enterprise.**Key responsibilities of the role:*** Define the vision and roadmap for the COEI, aligning business objectives with platform strategy.* Lead enterprise-scale Service Now implementations, including mission-critical projects and high-impact initiatives under tight timelines.* Oversee roadmap execution, monitor progress against milestones, and drive measurable outcomes through KPIs such as automation rates and user satisfaction.* Manage crisis situations and escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and business continuity.* Engage stakeholders at all levels, from developers to executives, fostering collaboration and alignment.* Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting growth, collaboration, and a culture of innovation.* Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and enhanced user experience.* Leverage deep understanding of business processes to design scalable, automated workflows that deliver tangible business value.* Apply Service Now AI capabilities to optimize processes and enhance user experience.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Proven experience in leading enterprise-level Service Now programs and COE initiatives.* Strong background in consulting, digital transformation, and strategic planning.* Expertise in critical project delivery, risk management, and crisis resolution.* Advanced knowledge of Service Now AI products and their application in automation and predictive analytics.* Deep understanding of business processes and process automation strategies.* Demonstrated people leadership and talent development experience, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.* Skilled in communication, negotiation, and executive presence to influence decision-making at all levels.* Service Now Certified: System Administrator (CSA), Implementation Specialist (CIS), Application Developer (CAD), Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)* Knowledge of Service Now AI and Automation Frameworks.
