Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking a Receptionist on behalf of our financial services client based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience while providing administrative support to the wider office team.The successful candidate will manage enquiries, carry out a range of administrative duties, and ensure all client information is handled securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position in Killarney.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and email enquiries efficiently.Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.Process client documentation and manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adherence to compliance standards.Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable, and welcoming at all times.Assist with scanning, filing, and preparing confidential documentation.Provide administrative support to advisors and management as required.Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.Maintain company brand standards and consistently deliver a high level of customer service.Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 1 year's experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience within financial services is an advantage).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.High level of discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information securely.Professional and confident telephone manner.Salary is open to negotiation based on experience.
