Civils Site Manager – Residential Development (Dublin West)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join a leading developer on a high‑density residential project in Dublin West. This role is ideally suited to someone with strong all‑round construction knowledge and a particular strength in civils, groundworks, deep drainage, excavations, and site development works. While experience on housing or apartment projects is advantageous, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
Managing civils, groundworks, deep drainage, excavations, and site development works
Coordinating subcontractors and managing workflows in line with the project programme
Ensuring health and safety compliance across all civils activities
Liaising closely with the project and site management teams
Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity on site
Managing multiple work fronts and prioritising workload effectively
Qualifications
Trade background or construction‑related degree
5‑7+ years’ experience as a Civils Site Manager with a developer or main contractor
Strong experience delivering civils and groundworks packages
Residential project experience (housing/apartments) is desirable but not essential
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors
