A Business Growth Manager is required to identify business opportunities, drive expansion and maximise cross-selling opportunities across all divisions.

This individual will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building sustainable client relationships and developing strategic partnerships that align with our capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking and strategic outreach.

2. Work closely with the Department Director and Marketing team to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
">
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and pricing are comprehensive and competitive.

4. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
">
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs.
">
6. Act as main commercial contact for clients.

Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Science or relevant experience.
">
* Approximately 5 years' experience in a business development role.
">
* Previous experience in the laboratory services industry is highly regarded.
">
* Experience with public procurement and tender writing would be advantageous.
