Locations
We are recruiting Graduates in the following locations for Roads Infrastructure Design: Truro, Exeter, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, Basingstoke, Guildford, London, Naas, Limerick.
Role
As a Graduate Engineer in the Roads team you will help deliver National and Regional Infrastructure Frameworks, work on projects ranging from active travel schemes to major highway upgrades, and support clients across public and private sectors. You will be part of a collaborative environment where design, technical assurance, and integrated behaviours create excellence on large-scale civil engineering projects.

Day‑to‑Day Activities
* Designing and drafting transport solutions
* Attending site visits and inspections
* Data analysis and reporting
* Project coordination
* Stakeholder communication
* Assisting senior engineers
Graduate Development Programme
Our two‑year programme provides core business and professional training, workshops, networking events, mentoring, and support for achieving chartered status with institutions such as ICE.
Qualifications
* Graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree relevant to the role.
* Pass an online skill enabler assessment following completion of the application form.
* Ready to start work in either April or September 2026.
* Passion for engineering and a drive to solve problems.
* Creative enthusiasm and desire to inspire with new ideas.
