Job Title: HR Support Specialist
This is a part-time or permanent position based in our head office, supporting the Head of Human Resources with day-to-day activities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to assist with various tasks such as administration, recruitment, and staff training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and procedures.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Human Resources with generalist HR activity
* Undertake administration duties related to HR processes
* Recruitment and selection administration
* Handle confidential HR-related queries
* Attend meetings and take notes
* Update and maintain records
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* A 3rd-level qualification in Human Resources or Business-related discipline
* At least 1 year of generalist HR administration experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work within a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in using Microsoft packages
