Job Description

This role will support the finance team in all day-to-day accounting activities with a high level of attention to detail and to the best interests of the company.


Main Responsibilities:

* Clocking System Administration
* Travel expenses processing and reporting same to revenue
* Bi-weekly payroll processing
* Cash/Card reconciliation
* Centre specific creditors reconciliations
* Tracking agency usage across the service
* Dealing with queries to the finance office
* Attending to ad hoc duties that are assigned by the Manager


Required Skills:

* The ideal candidate would have previous finance experience, including payroll, seeking to advance to the next level in an account office environment.
* Prior experience in a finance function role
* Payroll experience (desired)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with Xero & Brightpay (desired)
* IPASS or Accounting Technician qualification (desired)
