General Maintenance OperativeOccu Services is currently seeking an experienced General Maintenance Operative to join our Facilities Team. This is a hands-on, varied role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of apartments and common areas across the Dublin area.We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and well-organised individual with a strong can-do attitude. As this is a resident facing role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Carry out daily maintenance tasks assigned by our Scheduling Coordinator team.Carpentry repairs including laminate flooring, door and lock replacements, window restrictor repairs and adjustments, hinge replacements etc.Minor plumbing works (taps, wastes, shower trays, replacement toilet seat etc.)Minor electrical repairs (lamp and switch replacements, smoke detector replacements).Ensure all apartments and common areas are maintained to the highest standard.Maintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures at all times.Remain flexible and willing to undertake new or varied tasks as required.Experience required:Valid Safe Pass.Manual Handling certification.Full clean driving licence.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Minimum 3 years' experience in a caretaker/handyman or similar maintenance role.Strong time management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work.What We Offer:A stable role within a growing residential and facilities management company.Varied and engaging work across modern residential developments.Supportive team environment focused on quality and safety.If you take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy a varied maintenance role, Occu Services would love to hear from you.
