About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of utility infrastructure across multiple towers in a high-density residential development.
* Lead the design strategy for primary and secondary utilities (ESB, Uisce Éireann, Gas Networks Ireland etc.) across multiple towers.
* Manage technical interface between structural architectural MEP teams to ensure zero spatial conflicts in utility routing.
