We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our residential services, providing care and support to young people in Greystones, Wicklow. This is a full-time permanent position, requiring a strong management background and relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage two residential services, ensuring high-quality care and support for service users.
* To develop and implement effective strategies for service improvement and development.
* To collaborate with staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* A Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, or a related field.
* A management qualification in Health/Social Care, or be in the process of obtaining this qualification.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management capacity, preferably in a social care setting.
