Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.
* Provide health and safety advice to senior management and directors.
* Develop and drive a proactive health and safety culture within the organization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies and standard operating procedures.
* Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support business units with external ISO accreditation audits (45001/14001).
* Investigate incidents and accidents, and work with site management teams to agree on actions to reduce the risk of recurrence.
* Liaise with enforcing authorities in support of site management teams.
* Support the business in procurement and selection of contractors.
* Identify and advocate for best industry practices to drive continuous improvement.
* Advise senior management on the implications of current and emerging health and safety legislation.
