Principal Recruitment Consultant | DesignBuild Search
DesignBuild Search is currently recruiting a Senior Site Engineer on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering top-quality commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding, high-performing team that takes pride in quality delivery — and equally in building a positive, people-focused culture.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Project Manager and the wider team to provide technical advise on the project
* Daily liaison with the project team, design team and subcontractors
* Perform technical verifications of civil engineering designs, models and drawings.
* Implementing QA procedures, concrete pre/post pour checks, RFI’s and resolves technical issues
* Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site.
* Monitoring and recording of materials, plant, and logistics
* Record keeping and reporting
Requirements:
* Relevant Third level Degree
* 6+ years’ experience in a Site Engineer position
* Previous Main Contractor experience
* Previous projects experience on building projects such as high rise, resi, commercial etc.
* Excellent IT skills – knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works, Microsoft
