A Senior Partner Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong, productive relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones.
* Manage internal and external resources to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
* Focus on partner retention and development through tailored training and support initiatives.
* Drive an engagement model that enables the identification of strategic opportunities and effective representation of partner roadmaps.
* Establish metrics, milestones, and structured programs to ensure successful day-to-day execution.
* Lead business meetings to engage partners and discuss their future vision of company products within their organization.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in partner management or account management in a SaaS environment.
* Exceptional English language verbal and written communication skills.
* Commercial acumen with experience working closely with Sales teams.
* Demonstrated project management skills including coordination of cross-functional teams and timelines.
* Experience working in process and metric-driven environments.
* Regulated industry experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Validation.
* Understanding of Kneat Gx applications and its use in Life Sciences processes such as Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
