Role Overview
As an Events Manager, you will drive sales and deliver outstanding events, combining strategic sales efforts with operational excellence.
Your ability to achieve KPIs and maximise revenue will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and maximise revenue growth.
* Achieve and Exceed KPIs: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets, including revenue goals, lead conversion rates, and client satisfaction metrics.

* Event Logistics: Manage all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution, while emphasising cost-efficiency and revenue generation.

Requirements
* A proven track record in sales-focused roles within event management or a related field.
* Strong ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with measurable outcomes.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
* Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related discipline is advantageous.
