We're looking for someone who can take charge of the front desk and lead the team to deliver exceptional service.
You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the front office, handling guest arrivals and departures, and managing the front desk team. Your key role will be to promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and to support your colleagues in delivering outstanding service.
Your main tasks will include:
• Leading the front office shift and overseeing daily operations
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Supporting and coaching your team members to help them grow and develop in their roles
• Maintaining a high standard of organization and presentation at the front desk
You should have the following skills and qualifications:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Familiarity with hotel software systems such as Opera and Micros
• Previous experience in a front office leadership or supervisor role
