This is a pivotal role that ensures seamless integration of the financial system, focusing on synchronizing the finance module with the broader ERP framework.

Responsibilities:
1. Integration Management: Manage the integration of the finance module with the ERP system, ensuring all processes are aligned and functioning correctly.
2. System Design: Participate in system design workshops to optimize the finance module within the ERP framework, ensuring maximum efficiency and functionality.
3. Data Migration: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP system, ensuring accurate and complete transfer of financial data.
4. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial operations within the ERP environment.
5. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to Finance team members to ensure proficiency in the new ERP system.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
7. Compliance and Governance: Ensure financial processes within the ERP system adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years in finance, with at least 2 years in ERP / Finance systems implementations or a similar role.
