Are you passionate about ensuring guest safety and providing exceptional service? We are excited to offer an opportunity to become a Lifeguard at our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection.
As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our guests at the pool and aquatic facilities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring swimming activities to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
2. Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
3. Responding promptly to emergencies and administering first aid or CPR as needed.
4. Conducting routine inspections of the pool area and equipment for cleanliness and functionality.
5. Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
1. Valid Lifeguard certification from a recognised authority (essential).
2. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
5. Prior experience as a lifeguard is preferred but not required.
6. Availability to work up to 5 shifts from Monday to Sunday each week.
