Job Title: Energy Engineer
We are currently seeking an experienced Energy Engineer to join our team in County Kerry. You will be responsible for delivering energy-efficient design solutions and renewable energy systems in residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive building assessments and implement cost-effective energy efficiency measures, including insulation upgrades, airtightness improvements, and heating system optimisations. 2. Design and specify the installation of renewable energy systems (e.g., solar PV, air-to-water heat pumps). Ensure full compliance with Part L of the Irish Building Regulations, DEAP software, and NZEB standards through meticulous planning and project execution. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify areas where improvement is needed while maintaining adherence to industry best practices.
