Our Plc client is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their M&A team. You will report to the Group Corporate Finance Director, join high-impact projects, play a key role in M&A activity and work across the full deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the execution of M&A transactions, from initial evaluation through to signing and completion
Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage external advisers
Foster strong collaborative relationships throughout the transaction process
Support the structuring of transactions, including joint ventures and project-level investments
Prepare clear, insightful materials for Executive Committees and Board-level discussions
Key Skills
In-depth, demonstrable experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance, with strong exposure to live deal execution
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and relationship-led working style
