Role Overview
The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team with a strong focus on accounts receivable and general accounting administration, while working closely with operational teams on-site.
The role is a temporary contract initially with a strong view to permanency.

6. Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
7. Location: Cork City (near Marina Market) (on-site parking available)
Key Responsibilities
8. Daily management of accounts-related email inbox
9. Sales invoicing of customers
10. Uploading sales invoices to customer portals
11. Following up on customer purchase orders
12. Posting and allocating bank receipts in Sage
13. Issuing monthly sales statements to customers
14. Debt collection and debtor account management
15. Preparing bank lodgements
16. Answering incoming calls and liaising with the operations team
17. Providing support to accounts payable and finance colleagues as required
18. Assisting the Company Accountant with ad-hoc finance duties
