We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage and deliver civil engineering and construction projects across a range of sites in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Site Supervision & Leadership: Supervise and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to junior staff.
3. Stakeholder & Client Management: Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and surveyors to ensure smooth project delivery, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
4. Technical & Contractual Oversight: Interpret project drawings, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing temporary and permanent works.
Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience, minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within civil engineering or construction, and a full clean Irish/UK/EU driving licence.
