We are expanding our Consulting practice and building a Technology Consulting team as part of our All In Strategy, which aims to leverage data and technology to create long-term value for stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and operating robust data pipelines, particularly with Azure Cloud and Microsoft Azure Data Services such as Azure SQL, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Lakes, HDInsight, and Stream Analytics. The candidate should have experience in supporting finance, operations, privacy & security, compliance & regulatory projects, and possess a functional understanding of relevant data sets and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage data pipelines and solutions.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements.
* Build and maintain data solutions for analytics.
* Develop ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.
* Conduct gap analysis and improve data architectures.
* Work with stakeholders to implement technical enhancements.
* Optimize data pipeline performance and query efficiency.
* Implement data security measures and ensure compliance.
* Monitor data quality and integrity.
* Design scalable data architecture with support for auto-scaling and load balancing.
* Support integrated technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering within a multinational or financial services organization.
* Experience with Microsoft’s Data Ecosystem and Azure Cloud.
* Experience with Data Integration and ETL tools like Azure Data Factory.
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform.
* Knowledge of data management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and Agile methodologies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
* Experience with Financial Services clients.
* Knowledge of Power BI, SAS, Snowflake, or similar tools.
* Ability to handle ambiguity and conduct stakeholder workshops.
