We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a Nursing Home in Dublin.
Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMBI registration.
At least 2 years of experience in a nursing home setting.
Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager (desirable).
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing nursing staff.
Strong communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
Excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
Right to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU Citizenship).
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
Develop and oversee individualised care plans in line with best practice standards.
Manage clinical resources, staffing and budgets effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Foster strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and address patient or family concerns professionally.
