Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Setting Out Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of carrying out site surveys, setting out earthworks and substructures, and working with various engineering equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out site surveys to verify existing levels, structures, drainage, services etc.
* Set out earthworks, substructures, drainage and other infrastructure features on-site.
* Maintain effective relationships with site staff and ensure the efficient delivery of survey work.
* Create accurate as-built records for each project element in the Safety File.
Your Skills & Qualifications
1. A degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
The ideal candidate should also possess 5+ years of relevant experience using Total Station technology,
global positioning systems (GPS), lasers
cell-based precision measuring tools like Leica MS60 total stations.
a solid understanding of AutoCAD softwareand Microsoft Office Suiteare necessaryforthejob .
