We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Head Chef who can manage all kitchen operations, lead and inspire a team, and deliver consistent quality while maintaining efficiency and compliance. You'll work closely with the FOH Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth service and uphold the Burger Boy brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and develop the BOH team in line with Burger Boy culture and standards.
* Manage stock control and supplier relationships.
* Oversee rostering, timecard approvals, and payroll deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and Health & Safety legislation.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment checks, and preventive maintenance.
* Monitor food costs, portion control, and wastage reduction to meet budget targets.
* Conduct staff performance reviews and support career development.
* Deliver consistent service quality and work closely with FOH to ensure smooth operations.
* Actively contribute to Burger Boy's culture-driven brand representation, including participation in social media and promotional activities.
