Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in a busy 4-star hotel in Donegal. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and event service areas while ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service, maintaining high standards of customer care, training team members, and ensuring compliance with health & safety and HACCP procedures. The role also involves assisting with stock control, rota management, and handling guest queries professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for excellent service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods is essential.
