I am seeking an M&E Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor in North Dublin.

€80k - €90k salary + package on offer.
About the company: My client is a Tier 1 Building Contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry.
They currently have a number of high-profile projects under construction including Commercial, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical plants, and Mixed-use developments ranging in value from €10m to €200m.
The company have a healthy pipeline of work and are in a strong position going forward, so this is a permanent, long-term position.
A Brief Overview: The role involves mainly the coordination of all M&E A substantial amount of the coordination revolves around design changes and tying in with the BIM coordinator.
Coordinating the deliveries from the vendors Liaising between the design team and the MEP contractors Tracking RFIs and Submittals Collating all the SATs and FATs Coordinating equipment power ups Some site QA checking To be successful in your application you will possess the following: Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering 8+ years post graduate experience Experience with either a Main Contractor/M&E Subcontractor, or Consultancy Excellent knowledge of electrical systems Excellent communication skills To register your interest, please forward your CV to Enda Daly SSA.
