As our nursery continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking General Operatives to join our team.The RoleAs a General Operative, you'll play a key role in every stage of our nursery operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where no two days are the same You will:Plant, pot, and transplant trees and hedging.Maintain plant health – watering, pruning, and weeding.Assist with general nursery duties including lifting, carrying, and preparing stock for dispatch.Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided).Pick and prepare customer orders with care and accuracy.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Grading and sorting of young trees through the winter months.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if you are:Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all weather.Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.Comfortable with practical, hands-on work.Willing to learn and take on new challenges.Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or farming is a plus (but not essential).What We OfferOpportunities to grow your skills in horticulture and plant care.A friendly, team-focused working environment.Potential overtime and potential raise.Full training and ongoing support.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €13.80 per hourWork Location: In person
