Technical Advocate for Client Technology Infrastructure
Astute Technology Management is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team of technical experts. Our culture fosters professional development, teamwork, and excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
* Triage support requests and assign to appropriate technician
* Manage deployment calendars for Field Technicians and Engineers
* Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
* Collaborate with the support team to manage ticketing queues
Client Support Services:
* Mobile device, desktop, and laptop support
* Installation and configuration of Windows and Mac operating systems
* Migration of user data
* Office 365 support and guidance
* Troubleshooting and remediation of hardware, software, network, and printing issues
Requirements:
* Help desk or technical support experience
* Exceptional customer service skills
* CompTIA A+ and Network + certification (or commitment to complete within 6 months)
* MTA - Operating, Networking, and Security Fundamentals certification (or equivalent)
* Basic network troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Windows and MacOS
