This role will involve ensuring consistent and accurate information is provided to investors, sell-side analysts and Cairn's executive and senior management teams. Join our growing team and progress your career with Cairn.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and production of all investor relations materials for the company's interim and full year results, trading updates, annual report, website development, fact sheets etcFinancial modelling, analysis and maintenance of consensus forecast / sell-side analyst financial modelsFacilitating investor and analyst site visitsMonitoring market and industry trendsManagement of the IR CRM systemPreparation of strategy and other presentations for executive and senior management teamsPreparation of regular internal reports from internal departmentsOther relevant and ad hoc projects as requiredThe CandidateRelevant third level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role or related capital marketsEquity research and/or relevant capital markets experience advantageousFinancial analysis skills including company valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis and metricsExcellent interpersonal skillsConfidence engaging with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve excellent resultsWorks effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with conflicting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written presentational skillsMaintains a strong attention to detail and accuracy when working within tight timeframesAdvanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointWorking with Cairn Homes:At Cairn, we believe it is essential that our employees feel valued and appreciated.
