The role of the Practice Manager is to develop the clinical and practical expertise of healthcare assistants within the Kare Plan organisation. They will have a key role in supporting and managing the performance, practice and functional elements of the Healthcare Assistant role. This role involves occasional work on weekends.

We Are Looking For
 * Have completed QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent
 * Have completed QQI Level 6 in Supervisory Management
 * Have min. 2 years of experience working as Healthcare Assistant
 * Have drivers licence & own transport
 * Is reliable, dedicated, diligent and trustworthy
 * Is fluent in English both verbally and written
What You Need To Do
 * Conduct care supervision visits in home care settings
 * Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records
 * Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process
 * Employ the best practice approach in the care of customers
 * Ensure client diaries are completed correctly by HCAs
 * Care staff Introductions
 * Conduct Client reviews
 * Attend monthly clinical Governance meetings
 * Attend carer committee meetings
 * Attend workplace training
 * Other duties as tasked by your manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,000.00 per year
