This is a senior role for someone eager to help build a category-defining agency and drive its next stage of growth. The COO will take full ownership of internal operations, enabling the founder to focus on growth, partnerships, and strategy. Your mission: to turn the agency into a scalable, high-performing organisation where every team member understands expectations, is supported by clear systems, and is motivated to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead company-wide people and culture initiatives
* Oversee hiring, onboarding, progression, and performance frameworks
* Implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs across departments
* Manage and align functional leads across Paid Media, Creative, Email, and Client Success
* Establish structured reporting rhythms, KPIs, and regular performance reviews
* Support financial tracking through forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimisation
* Drive efficiency and innovation through automation, AI, and workflow optimisation
Ideal Candidate
* 5 - 7 years of proven experience in a scaling environment—preferably in an agency, SaaS, or tech-enabled services business
* Solid understanding of marketing and growth fundamentals (CAC, retention, margins, delivery models)
* A people-first leader with a performance-driven mindset
* Highly organised, analytical, and process-oriented
* Passionate about systems thinking, efficiency, and operational excellence
